How do I search to find a local vendor?
There are multiple ways to search for your local party vendors. For the fastest method use the search function on the top of every page to search your category of interest and your local city. Or you can scroll down and click on one of the links for the popular search areas or the state links. If you choose the state links you would then select your city from a list.
What do I use to search?
In the search field you need to type in your local city where you will be having your party or event. When typing in the city name, make sure to spell it correctly and choose the city from the suggested list that appears. The correct way to search would be city, state, with the state abbreviated.
No vendor information present?
If there is no company information present for the city you searched, than try searching for a neighboring city. If you still can't find any company present than give us a call at 818-565-5525 for further help.
Vendor Registration Help
How do I register my company?
By filling out all required information on our vendor registration page, which is found at www.partyjumpusa.com/register.
What type of advertising do I get when I register?
With your registration you will get FREE Basic Listings in our directory. At any time you can upgrade to an Exclusive Listing or Premier Listing through your client login.
How many categories can I choose?
You can choose as many categories that pertain to you. Notice: Choosing categories that do not pertain to your business can be grounds for removal from our directory.
How many cities can I choose?
You can choose up to 10 cities that you service with your Basic Listing. Once you upgrade to an Exclusive Listing for any of the cities, you will be allowed to add as many cities as you want.
I can't add my city, what do I do?
If you can't find the city you want to add than please give us a call at 818-565-5525 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It can be that we accidently don't have your city in our directory or your city doesn't qualify to be in the directory.

I can't login to my account, what do I do?
If you cannot remember your password than simply type in your email and click on the Recover Password link. If you cannot remember the email you used to register than please call us at 818-565-5525 or email us at email@example.com.
To upload or edit a company logo you must have an Exclusive or Premier Listing active. Basic Listings do not get a company logo. To upload or edit a logo you must be logged into your account. Once logged in, click on the upload/edit logo link. Select the logo you want to upload from your computer and press enter. Your logo will automatically be resized to fit a 400 x 400 pixel area. Accepted image formats include JPEG and PNG.
To upload or edit photos you must have an Exclusive or Premier Listing active. Basic Listings do not get any photos. To upload or edit photos you must be logged into your account. Once logged in, click on the Upload/Edit Photos button. A popup window will open to upload or edit photos. Make sure to have your settings set so popup windows are allowed. You are allowed to upload up to 15 pictures for each category you have Exclusive or Premier Listings in. You can arrange which photos you want showing in order by pressing the left or right arrows. You can delete photos you no longer want by pressing the delete button. To upload a photo click on the browse button and select the image from your computer. You images will automatically be resized to fit a 600 x 600 pixel area. Accepted formats include JPEG and PNG.
To upload or edit videos you must have an Exclusive or Premier Listing active. Basic Listings do not get any videos. To upload or edit videos you must be logged into your account. Once logged in, click on the Upload/Edit Video button. A popup window will open to upload or edit videos. Make sure to have your settings set so popup windows are allowed. You are allowed to upload 1 video for each category you have Exclusive or Premier Listings in. You can delete videos you no longer want by pressing the delete button. To upload a video click on the browse button and select the video from your computer.
How do I sign up for Exclusive or Premier Listings?
To upgrade to an Exclusive or Premier Listing you must be logged into your account. Once logged in, click on the category you want to advertise in under the My Cities section (if you have only 1 category it will be already selected). Check the cities you want Exclusive or Premier Listings in. Choose either Exclusive or Premier Listing for each city, not both. Once your cities are selected click the Checkout button. You will then be directed to input credit card payment information to activate the Exclusive or Premier Listing.
Update Company Information
To update your company information you must be logged into your account. Once logged in, select the category you want to edit the information for under the Company Information section. Once selected you can edit all information's in the fields. Once you finish editing click on Update Profile. You can have different Company Information's for each category you advertise in.

What does the article need to be about?
Every article needs to be related to one of the topics. You can select multiple topics for each article. Articles need to be information about the topic and useful for readers.
What is the layout of the article?
The article has a Title, Body, and Signature Box. The title should be convincing and informative. The body is where you put the core of the article. The signature box is where you put your information, promote yourself or your company, and add backlinks.
How do I create backlinks for my website?
Backlinks must be put in the Signature Box. Example of how you can add a link is: Your Company Name
Where do I promote my company or myself?
You can talk about your company or yourself in the signature box. There is a maximum of 300 characters (with spaces) allowed in the signature box. You can also add your contact information.
